Decline ring flys/push ups are best upper chest Calisthenics workout. I'm glad I have rings.

I just switched to decline ring push ups and had to drop to 1 plate🔥🔥
- and now doing all my upper body compounds on rings means no extra core work needed

I see how you get better range of motion with rings but I'd guess that most of the stability work is done by your core and delts.

I've already said this in a previous video about handstands i think, but I swear this guys following me or watching me somehow cuz the one day i actually feel like growing chest with push ups, just like the many times before I wanted to do something, this video pops 2 hours later 🤔🤨
But fr though, I don't know if you're watching me and planning your upload schedule based on what I'm doing or what, but keep doing it, it's great for my workout routines and goals 😆😆😆 (keep up the good work)

I just discovered that to hit upper chest you don't have to do incline stuff, you just need to use your scapulas, you gonna need rings and do push ups with a neutral and suppinated grips not pronated and pushing your arms open not close, imagine you are in fly position but for a push up not a fly

So for those of us who don't have rings...can we do this with decline pushups? I'm overall a pretty lean (read: scrawny, even post-military) guy, but I have some muscle, yet my upper chest is just flat despite the rest not being. So I'm curious if decline pushups could be something useful to address that...

This is great but seems like a super inefficient movement compared to an incline db press, so for hypertrophy focused bodybuilding programs, this doesn’t seem like a great movement
