Hey bro awesome videos… I’m just starting in loosing weight any advice on what I should start with in regards to lifting? I’m just doing cardio about 3 times a week for 30 minutes… I’m currently at 238lbs and my goal is at least 200. Any advice would help

quality content but if somebody dared to grab an adjustable bench and take up two sides of the weight rack for flys, they would be the most hated person in my gym..

That underhand dumbbell raise thing is for shoulders and not chest. YouTubers started it and now I see kids doing it instead of tried and true compound exercises.
