Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR | 15 minute Yoga Nidra for relaxation, to cultivate ease and for deep rest. Yoga nidra is also known as non sleep deep rest (NSDR) and induces relaxation on all levels of your being. This 15 minute yoga nidra can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief.

Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 15 minute yogic sleep feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This guided meditation includes a short body scan meditation and breathwork. This nidra meditation is a guided relaxation that incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student of Ally Boothroyd at Sarovara Yoga.
