After my stroke I was as weak and unsteady as a newborn. So I went right back to basics, literally. I started to crawl like a baby and once I could stand up if somewhat unsteady, I bounced up and down like babies on the spot and squatted llike a toddler repeatedly do to strengthen their legs. Now I walk unaided, I have coordination and strength back in my arms. My speech is no longer slurred. I do exercises each morning without overdoing it. But I am not fully recovered.

I'm also stroke survivor, for 25 years now.had my PT for 10 yrs and I slowly recoverd, bt not fully recovered, now I do my PT myself with your help, thnx forgot sharing pt exercises, which I followed, I look back with deep gratitude your sharing pt exercises,

I'm stroke survivor I I'm women I have 43 this happening in December 24/23 said thank you God and you exercise videos help me to much I make this exercise the first time is difficult now is more easy never it's late trust in Jesus and make exercise
