This energetic walk at home workout is a little bit faster than some of the others I upload but from what I hear, a lot of you are getting more fit (yay!) and likely ready for a tiny bit of a faster pace! Give it a try and just slow your pace down if you feel you need to. It's a quick 20 minute workout and as always, is low impact so it is easy on your joints. The step count today is 2270 steps.

Jules, I just want to tell you that you are I discovered your videos a couple of months ago. I really don’t like to exercise, but with your videos I actually look forward to exercising!!! I also hate it when I miss a day. I am 70 years old and feel more like 50, but with major back issues I can’t do high impact exercises. So your videos are perfect.

This is such a saving grace for me on a frigid, icy, wind-blown snow kind of morning... we don't usually get this kind of weather until February, but my body always ALWAYS yearns for movement no matter what... not only when I feel great and it's like "icing on the cake" but also when I'm feeling lousy, unmotivated, sluggish, dulled out or suppressed by the weather and gloom. This workout kept me focused and moving and now I feel alive again. This will float me through my day, having lifted up my body's natural resources for happiness and health. Jules, I am very pleased to train with you. When I first saw your channel, I noticed that you show all the exercises easily, relaxed. I realized that this is exactly what suits me. Thank you for the pleasant, light atmosphere during the trainings. You make all videos enjoyable. I like the music you choose.
I have read that a 15-minute walk brings more relief from anxiety and tension than a mild tranquilizer! Walking triggers the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that relieve pain and stimulate relaxation. Now I understand why I feel happier and have a great mood after your trainings.

First of all, thank you for making this video. It's so relaxing and easy to do in winter time I can do it while watching the news. By the time you know, you already did the exercise. Wow, this is so powerful and keeps you energetic during the day. I highly recommend this exercise to people over 45 like me. ❤

Such a good warm up for strength! There are so many leg and arm movements that not only produce cardio but stretch the arms and legs as well. Sometimes it's so much fun to back and do your older workouts! Thanks!
