Improve HEART HEALTH At Home : 20 Minute Gentle Workout for Seniors And Beginners

This 20 Minute Gentle Workout for Seniors will improve your heart health and endurance. It is in a 20-20-20 format with 20 exercise rounds, each 20 seconds each and 20 seconds of rest between rounds! Thank you Julie for the suggestion to make this beginner workout no equipment and no jumping! 20 second rounds are my mom’s favorite!

This beginner workout at home is 1500 steps more or less depending on your pace. It features two sets of 5 exercises with no jumping each done twice. Want to challenge yourself? Do it as a beginner HIIT workout and ramp up the tempo and intensity during the exercise rounds.

Awesome workout and like so many of the other exercise videos right on track for many reasons. Aiko looks wonderful and walk a good mile on Saturday. All the extra work Aiko has done in advance has paid off in more ways than one. Thanks for all these minutes to improve our heart health, strength, endurance and balance. I loved the variety on this one; it kept me on my toes! Even though I think I was Mochi in my former life and kept wanting to jump and relax on my couch! 😻Your mom is my hero and such an inspiration. Are there any exercises to strengthen knees? Thank you both for what you do to motivate us away from the couch! 🥰

Excellent workout as always!! I've been doing most of your workout videos everyday (probably 2 month) and have gradually recovered from dysautonomia !! I also lost 10 kg during this time. Love these 20 minutes workouts. Time commitment is easily met, and it can be done more than once if time permits. Also my grandkids like to join in since these are short.

Great innovative workout! Love the 20/20 second pattern. Would it be possible to use the same format for a slow tempo dumbbells only workout in the future? BTW: Mom Aiko's smile is gorgeous after completing her Rock Walk. Congrats!!!
