These videos are about the same length as the recommended rest time between sets. I've been watching the short between sets and watching his form and commiting the work out to memory. Has helped my form

Your workout videos are the best on YouTube! Short, sweet and two the point with detailed explanation and an example on screen to follow. Two many people on YouTube are posting their workouts but really it’s just a fancy montage of them with little to no advice to actually follow. Thanks for your quality uploads dude!

I've been working out for over 20 years, read about a million books and magazine articles, watched clips, etc, but YOUR stuff is seriously some of the best I've ever come across. "Aha" moments on every video! Love it. I also like how it's pure instruction with no bravado/childish antics.

Great video! I would say instead of dumbbel kickbacks with dumbbels, use the cables instead that way you keep constant tension on your triceps

This is the only YouTuber I’ve seen that doesn’t have bullshit exercises. I’ve been doing most of his workouts and they are in fact brutal and will definitely get your muscles working hard
