About three weeks ago, I googled ‘pain after sitting Indian style’ and found this video. I tried other videos in the past only to find out they didn’t help much. My hip pain was bad. The pain started in June 2015, and it gradually got worse. Getting out of my car was excruciating pain. Since I started this routine three weeks ago, I have noticed constant relief. I’m thankful for this video and hopefully it will help others. Thx AdvocateHealthCare

I have been in pain for the last week with most pain coming from my hips as most of my day consists of sitting at a desk. These exercises stretched my hips out immediately allowing for mobility that I have not had in at least a week possibly months. I was most surprised by the second stretch. Thank you.

Pulling my knees up like that is how I hurt my hip in the first place! Now I'm looking for a stretch the relive the pain.

This actually really helped, the second stretch in particular. I have been suffering from chronic back/hip pain at night that wakes me up every single night for the past month and a half. I could feel how tight my hip flexor was on my left side. I hope this will eventually heal the chronic pain, I have hope as I feel more relaxed after my first stretch. Thank you!

All of the stretches really hurt my hip flexor, is it recommended to wait until it's somewhat healed before doing the exercises?

OH LORD THANK YOU! I woke up with intense hip flexor strain, could not turn in bed, could not walk, sit, practically anything without wincing. Did this and got instant relief! 👌🏿👌🏿

I have left side sciatalgia and the left leg abductor exercise at the end is making me slowly lose sensation in the foot (minor ant feeling) because of L5 S1 compression. I cannot leave the leg hanging in the air for long. I think ive now isolated the cause of the pain, this is great. I lose strength at 25 reps and have to stop. 2:36
