This was really great! I ran hurdles in track several years ago and my knees have felt loose ever since and this helped me with knowing what to do to help stabilize my knees!
I also really appreciate your honesty when things were a little difficult for you, many exercise channels on here don't do that!

I’m just waiting on bi-lateral knee replacements so this is an excellent exercise regime to help strengthen things a little before surgery, nice and gentle without causing much additional pain 😁thank you. Great to have someone demonstrate the full exercise in real time. I’ve now got you on the TV screen for viewing ease! Good tone and volume in your instructions too. 🥰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧

Hi Dr kristie I pulled a muscle in my back about 7 years ago on my right side i then about a year later done the same to my back on the left side either side of my spine just about the small of the back region I seem to pull thes every couple of months now the I can hardly walk for about 5 to 6 weeks at a time is their any way to stop this happening or any way to strengthen my back thanks John
