I love this one! Every time I make something sore while road running, agility running or doing Hatha or Ashtanga yoga (knee, hip, shoulder, neck or ankle), you are my go-to to fix it! Sometimes it only takes a day or two. You have saved me two years worth of PT visits, and I am 70 now. Thank you! I recommend your videos to EVERYONE who is having injury or joint issues.

This is my first time doing yoga on my own in a very long time. I used to do yoga in the Morning before school. It was something that used to play early morning on t.v. Thank you for sharing these videos.

I went out for a walk yesterday and afterwards, I had a slight pain in my right knee. Nothing major, just felt it a little bit. This morning before heading out, I scanned your videos amd came across this one for knees. I felt likt I hit the jackpot. Thanks for always having videos readily available foe whatever my need it. This video was amazing. I already had knee pain that's been driving me crazy, but I think it has calmed down a little. My rheumatologist said it looks like I might have bursitis on both knees, but my problems have mostly been coming from my hips. I have had constant hip pain and I could feel these exercises also strengthening my hips a bit. Thank you so much for this video. Other knee videos I have tried actually have made my knee pain worst. They do harder things, like warriors and standing positions and I'm like.... uh no I need something gentle and this was it! Gentle, yet still strengthening. This definitely felt like something a physical therapist would suggest. I always love your videos!

This one is a bit more challenging given the soreness of my left knee. Had to improvise on some poses to support my sore knee. Will come back to this for sure when the soreness subsides, to strengthen my knees. Thanks Joelle!
