I was diagnosed with arthritis in my hands two years ago. Four month ago I injured my right knee while chasing my 7 year old granddaughter (at her request) in the yard. I had no immediate pain, but the following day I had pain in the back of my knee. A day after that, I had medial and lateral pain in my knee. Saw a sports medicine doc 6 weeks later who gave me a cortisone shot.
, with no other suggestions. Had some short term relief until the pain eventually returned. I did these exercises today and got immediate relief. Was unable to tightly bend my knee or extend my knee without pain before doing the exercises. Hard to believe a sports medicine doc had no suggestions other than the cortisone shot. Thank you for posting this. It's a great service to those of us who've been misguided by unknowing sports medicine docs. I'm 74 and, as I old my PCP, riding my bicycle is my link to sanity these days. I ride 2, 000 miles/year and was beginning to struggle with depression because of the knee pain. Now, I am optimistic again. So, thanks again...

My 2 year old daughter fractured her tibia and couldn’t walk after he cast was removed. I knew her knee looked out of place, we tried this method just once and she started standing on that leg, later in the afternoon she took a few steps. I cried happy tears. Thank you so much. God Bless!

Weeks of agony, swollen aching knees, too much Ibuprofen, worrying that I’m doomed to chronic pain. The first exercise did the trick…after a few reps, while uncomfortable, obviously relieved pressure in my knees and now two days later I’m pain free and able to walk and climb stairs, I am so grateful I watched this doctor and I thank him for generously sharing his knowledge.

Adam, you are a GENIUS ! I’ve had OA for a year in my knee and my dr says I need a knee replacement. I’ve been watching videos etc looking for anything to AVOID THIS SURGERY .
I watched your video 2 days ago, went on Amazon, ordered the exact weights you said . 10 lbs each . I did the 3 mins once last night . That’s it so far. I just went to 2 stores and walked everywhere like NORMAL ! It is a MIRACLE ! Pain 8/10 pre/weights, now almost normal . Incredible !! Thank you !

My knees have been killing me for weeks and they are particularly bad these days, stumbled on this video while looking up ways to relieve the pain. The second exercise felt so good! I really felt a good stretch in my knee and it feels like a lot of the pain and discomfort went away. Can't believe such a simple exercise was so hard to find online, thank you so much for making a video and for explaining it so clearly and to the point!!
