Hi! I started workout more often this year (new apartment with awesome gym) and my knee pain started very suddenly when I hit 30 😅. I was dealing with that for weeks now and must say when I tried these exercises my knee pain was IMMEDIATELY gone. Not even kidding I just finished right now and the feeling is amazing! I’ve been doing PT for 2 weeks now for a meniscus fray and iliotibial band syndrome and these are what they have me doing. Hoping it helps my knee.

Still healing from sciatic pain on my left leg and back of the knee, hamstring and quad feels stiff if I sit too long at my desk and still difficult to walk down stairs with my right knee pain
