Another brilliant workout and another excellent trainer 😉 thank you.I did this as a stand alone workout .I have now added it to my regular workout with two row &ride workouts which I alternate with 3 workouts on my rowing machine I workout 5/6 times a week. I'm 68 so if I can do this anybody can, there are workouts here for everyone old and young so try some you might surprise yourself and it might just save your life. Thank you all the sunny team for the work you put in making these videos.

Im doing the elliptical machine workout but I stay on one level for two weeks and then move up, it works for me than increasing the intensity in one workout coz I dont want to do what my body is not prepared to do.
