I started yoga a month ago. I am in my 70s and I lament not having engaged yoga earlier. (Both of my 40 something children practice.) I anticipate what it will add to me in the few or many years I have. I have been trying beginning yoga sessions; today yours Brett. You added a component to my practice: the concept of flowing and movement. I think I had not grasped that is clearly before. You also moved me through at least a couple of unique forms. I am grateful.

I loved the pace and I love the flow of vinyasa. It feels like a gentle river - not to fast, not too slow.

I"m on my girlfriends youtube doing yoga, we both started practicing yoga about 3 weeks ago and as a male I have to admit I do find this harder than I expected. Great instructions, really kept me with my breath, and helped me understand how the breath controls the flow of the poses. Have seen other videos where the flow of breath isn't as detailed and I find it harder to follow like that. Loving yoga keep up your great tutorials.

I have been Yoga for quite some time and appreciates a good Yoga teacher.
I really this yoga class. Everything flows nicely; movements, easy to follow and comprehend, a very good class.

That was pretty awesome. I'm a 47 year old female full time college student and I used to be a personal trainer. And in the last 6 months I've gotten really really out of shape. So contacted a friend of mine who does yoga teaches yoga she's I guess she's a yogi and she recommended you cuz she lives in Florida Island Texas can't do it together. So I want to thank you because that was challenging and yet I feel so much better
