Dear Kate:
This workout’s combination of breath work, movement and meditative words literally brought tears to my eyes by the end. Also the sheer beauty of the grace and symmetry of your movements continues to inspire me to really engage with the movements. This is my new favorite yoga workout and will be incorporated into my weekly schedule.

I really liked this class. The wide forward fold twists felt so good. And I liked the little bit of strength required. It made it feel like a nice full practice even only being 15 min. Thank you.
