Quick 10 minute beginner home workout jumping rope to burn fat. All you need is 10 minutes for this cardio blast that will burn major calories fast. This goes by quick as you switch every 30 seconds with a 10 second active rest of side swings in-between.

1 min warm-up
30 sec jump rope side straddle
10 sec rest with side swings
30 sec jump rope twists
10 sec rest with side swings
30 sec jump rope single leg
10 sec rest with side swings
30 sec jump rope high knees
10 sec rest with side swings
90 sec freestyle jump rope
30 sec rest with side swings

Repeat TWICE you got this!

Hi, I'm trying to lose about 25 lbs. Do you think that jump roping 5x a week for 30 minutes will be helpful? I understand diet is super important. Just feeling very discouraged right now.

Karly, can I get your jump rope in the UK? I love your videos and am practicing with a cheap first-buy jump rope but think I would benefit from something a bit more sophisticated now.... not sure what to buy but trust you and like the look of your gratitude rope.

Trying to build a routine incorporating jumping rope. Is it best to have the jumping rope time equal 10:00. I was going to jump for 30 seconds and then do weights in-between. Should I make the jumps equal 10:00 or is it ok for the entire workout be 10:00 by itself?

Love this! especially with my Gratitude ropes. About to do bicep burn and this is the perfect video to warm them up.Ty!! Oh! and another 10 minute finisher with this video.
