In this video I show a full stretching routine that you can follow along to. This session covers every muscle that is specific to footballers. I recommend doing this session 1-2 times per week, and making sure to refer to a certified yoga instructor if any pain is generated from doing this session.

Just finished it to wind down before going to bed and it's quite good! The only one i cant do was the side-to-side hip get-ups thing haha so it's great 👍🏻💯
