I would really appreciate it if you made a video showing the prehab and rehab 15 minute exercises you do before training as well if it’s not too much to ask for, I as well have patellar tendonitis and would really appreciate it thank you as always Matt !

Thank you for doing these stretching videos my 14 year old son is already playing at a high level and the trainings are intense. He has already had some knee issues. As his mom and yoga instructor I try to get him to stretch more, but of course he doesn't want to listen to his mother, but he will do your videos. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Finally someone that's pro stretching before training.
Lots of rotational stuff👍
But I wouldn't remove power from the hamstring-muscle by stretching it, instead you stretch to remove power from other parts of the body into forwardmoving muscles like the hamstring.
What I miss in the video is exercises that use walls, recks, belts, door openings etc.
For me that is the next level!
And don't stretch to late in the day since that may disturb your sleep due to the activation of the nervous system.

Super excited to see you made this, I have been doing the 30 minute stretching routine 6 days a week and was actually feeling a weird like you said or heavy in the legs etc. I would like to see the rehab band exercises you do aswell before training and also a plyometrics video for adductors etc. thanks Matt, love the content!

Could you do a playlist where you specify what type of stretch to do when (ex: stretch after playing, morning of, rest day)?

Hey, I love your videos, and I would be pleased if you could do video about the muscle activation and prehab exersices. In my case this preparation before a match really helped and boosted my performance, so I’d like to improve my self even further with this sruff.
