I'm a basketball player and I love doing this stretching routine. It improved my flexibilty and also my recovery. By the way, I was a soccer player before I transitioned to basketball.

Thank you for your video. I am a Yoga Teacher and currently teaching Children with special need. And I wanted to see which yoga stretches footballers might use and enjoy. Since one of my students today was saying he doesn't like Yoga while he was happily following and doing it all!! So, I have found out that he loves football and I am going to use that reference instead to divert his interest to change his perception on Yoga, perhaps it is in the "word" Yoga.. Anyway, I will introduce footballer's Yoga on our tomorrow's lesson & session.

I'm a yoga instructor and for someone who isn't a "professional stretcher or yoga teacher 🙂" I found your alignment and body aware information on point! Even the statement about recognizing how one side of your body was tighter or sorer and attributing it to the Right-side use was very insightful (and true!). Your reminder about sleep, hydration and nutrition as three key pillars to recovery and performance were spot on. Great video. Thanks for providing this.

Following this schedule for 4 years now, it's been the most effective routine in my whole life,

My fitness completely changed.

My suggestion to anyone starting to get into workouts, first, master this routine and make your body flexible, especially make your legs flexible. Your leg is the foundation, it carries your whole body.

The flexibility will give you a headstart in workout.

pls never delete this i’ve been using it for over a year now for hockey and the gym. i could probably recite this video w my eyes close. the best stretching exercises and video i’ve ever found. covers everything and so great with the timer. i even modify it with stretches i like too. simply awesome

I weigh 340 pounds, I used to have a problem hitting the pitch to ping some balls with my friends. My back would start hurting so bad after 15 minutes i would stop. When I started doing your stretch/yoga routinely for 3 weeks I noticed my back stop hurting and i was able to last 45 minutes. Now I do the stretch/yoga routinely daily at 4am and try to hit the pitch everyday at 6 and work on fitness/individual training. My Weight-Loss and football journey is going to be a long one. My goal is to get fit and join a competitive sunday league in the next 2 years.

You've inspired me and so many others to get out there and get after it. All your content is amazing and you're letting people know the truth. Tho I need to watch your football nutrition more haha. Keep up the hard work and Thanks for everything you've done for us

This is the best stretching video for a footballer, I have really tight hips and this has really helped with that and my overall flexibility altogether, thanks!

Saw this vid this morning & have already done the routine twice. I appreciate the different vibes you bring not being a yoga instructor. The athlete vibe is familiar & homey to me, I appreciate that. & I find it funny that my dog is named Gucci lol!

I can’t believe I followed through all of it!
I’m 35 this year, mainly been a Futsal gk for about ten tears. I found the abductors and sitting on your ankles the most painful
Even the long straight leg to the side got me and that’s my bread and butter (leg saves)
