2 years later and i still do this the day after a game, currently 35 years old and still keeping up with the young kids (sometimes even outpacing them) and it's all thanks to your mobility and flexibility routines, cheers man!

“If you can get hands, great. If you can get head, even better” - out of context Tom Merrick. In all seriousness thank you so much for this, I know it’s meant for soccer but I use it for hockey and it’s dramatically reduced my pulls and strains especially in my lower body.

COVID HAD ME GAMING CRAZY, had stopped training and doing yoga. chair every day for 7+ hours. In the process of getting my body right again and what a time to come across a football focused video! tight everywhere and its created some real problems. Lets see if your routines can save me again!

Hey Tom might there be time to do an updated and longer runner's routine? That would be great.
Love your channel but I always have to actively think which stretches to avoid when I'm watching a routine. The hamstring stretches you do don't seem to exist in the same universe as my hamstrings haha. Love all the hip and knee work though, keep it up.
