The first thing I want to say is I've been watching your channel for YEARS! (circa 2018). Thank you for making this one of what I consider my happy places in the world and I'm sure so many people feel the same. I always feel love and peace when I come here💖 I started watching your channel around the time I started learning about what attachment styles even were, so it was at the beginning of my healing journey when I took a deep-dive into healing my own fearful avoidant attachment style. Fast forward, after my own healing, I started living out one of my purposes (to help others heal) and I got my certification and one of my main concentrations is helping people heal their insecure attachment styles and also heal from relationships with people with personality disorders, especially narcissistic relationships. I just love your talks so much and I cannot articulate into words fully how excited I was that you were covering attachment Thank you again for all that you do. 💖💖💖

OMG! This males me tear up!
My father was abusive and volatile. It took me decades to learn how to communicate with no fear.
I now am able to speak my mind without being afraid of consequences.
But I still struggle with fear of being abandoned EVERYsingke time I have disagreement with my amazing boyfriend.

I found my man, and he is truly a King. He loves me and understands me with no conditions.
He blows my mind just by saying:
“I should have loved you more and I failed”.
And I’m grateful and humble to see, that people are the ones, who brake us, but also people are the ones that heal us.

I love this podcast and it’s the best content I’ve ever heard on YouTube.

I thought I clicked on this accidentally but I didn’t this was for me because I was in a toxic relationship for 5 yrs and the soul tie was indeed real dealing with a narcissist I played my part because in the beginning I didn’t know the signs until later in the relationship it made me physically sick with the stress I had to pray to God to get me out of the toxic relationship and asked him to reveal it to me and he did it’s been 6 months since I went no contact and blocked my ex on everything I got my life and my peace back no more drama or stress I have vowed to stay single that relationship was silently killing me I haven’t looked back I also cut ties with family that were toxic as well as friends I have also learned to never love a man more than you love yourself
