Everyone here has to understand a point. If we cook or sprout or boil, legumes or any type of food it will lose some of its proteins and carbs. He was right about the value of rajma but only when it is raw. If we cook it, in 100 g we will get only 9g of protein and also the sprouting will not increase the protein content. It will only increase the vitamins and minerals content. In 100g of sprouted mung bean you, will get only 3g of protein. At the end of the day you are wasting ur time thinking that it has more proteins.
