The second meal the peas one contains 25gm of fiber after which it is really hard to eat because fiber causes extreme satiation and the next follow up 3 meals also has another 25gms of fiber

To eat 200gms of protein (~800 cals in protein of which some of it is coming from soya which is considered inferior due to poor absorption) via this diet, you would have to consume around 2800-3000 calories in total, the % protein’s calorie contribution is sub par if someone wants to shred. If the average person starts eating 3000 cals per day, they will be never get lean 😂

Meals shown in video are very high in carbs and lentil sources doesn't have the same amino acid profile that meat has.

Only veg sources with good amino acids are Spy products, whey protein and Dairy protein. If you eat Eggs then they are good alternative too.
