I complete the 23 minute bodyweight cardio workout, the 8 minute quick sweat cardio, and this workout every night, and this is the only one that makes me want to fall and cry at the end. So totally worth it though.

This workout is PERFECT for people who don't have a lot of time to exercise. I actually did this video multiple times throughout the day today and it's incomparable. Once in the morning, once after lunch, now TWICE in a row tonight (yes, I'm proud of this) and... Oh. My. Gosh. I feel AMAZING!! Burns like crazy, but such a natural high. ;) So excruciating and efficient. Thank you FB!

We do have many workouts, cardio included, that are over 30 minutes. We have a large variety of both training types and workouts lengths, take your pick!
