P.S.I did the "flashing lights " and "swan" move, to one of my classes ( I'm a pilates trainer), and when we finished one of my clients said with pain in her eyes 👉🏼man, these swans are having a difficult time ..🤣🤣. I've been doing this for a month and it works! The best arm exercise ever 🥰 also it only takes 10 mins to finish the exercise so it's easier to do this everyday, i feel more relaxed and healthier. Thank you so much for sharing this. You're awesome!
