Hi! I just want to say thank you for providing such professional and essential products; particularly as a Black woman during a time when global pandemics prevent us from going about life and fitness as normal and racial injustice in our world makes people need positive outlets like wellness program to relieve stress. As person also approaching 30 soon, it is motivational to see attainable goals that push me without damaging my body in the long-run. The videos you all provide are concise, educational, well-filmed, allow for modifications for various fitness levels and are organized in a manner that makes it simple to target certain body areas at a time during at home workouts. It's an honor to support and promote you all as a Black couple in business and in service to others.

I exclusively do at home Youtube workouts (even before the pandemic) and I have to say, out of the many arm workouts I have done, this is the best! I feel like I got so much done in such a short amount of time. Can't believe I'm just discovering your channel! Subscribed :)

I totally loved this video. I use a few different ones but this is well done showing the different muscles used and your form just flowed ... wow beautifully done and the music wasn’t crazy sounds for a change. Tens stars I will be following. God bless stay safe.
