I did not realize this session was intermediate. With the shoulder and ankle injuries that I have I will go back to beginner level.

Wow that was good. 83 years young and got through the whole hour (with a phone call interruption) Did the whole programme. Feeling very pleased with myself. I do like the way we can pause, and/or pick and choose which exercises we do depending on time or ability. Thank you

Hey Everyone, The new 60 minute - intermediate standing workout for seniors is THE workout. I started the video at 9:00 am and after 60 minute exercising, instead of feeling exhausted, I felt very energized, so much so that I was active all day long, felt the energy from within as if I were 10 years younger ( I am 77). Thank you Mike for putting together this brilliant workout.

I only just found you on YouTube and have been trying your workouts for the past week and because I´m just getting back into working out, I´ve found them to be a perfect way to ease back in. In my mindset, I don´t feel like a senior and was hoping that 60 was the new 40!! I´m sure many of us feel the same way!! Loving your workouts and I really appreciate your hard work.

HI Mike, I am so thankful I found your videos. I am 62 and had shoulder surgery a year ago, I am trying to get back into shape and it is so much harder than it was in my 40s and 50s. My husband and I visited Australia this last fall and loved it! Hearing your accent brings back great memories. Thank you for helping out the older generation. Keep up the good work.

Great addition. Next I'd like to see is one like this but with light weights added to some of the exercises like the punching, rows, etc.
