Completed my 5 days . I actually felt fantastic . I will feed for 2 days, then go back into a 5 day fast.

I'm a seasoned faster with eight 5-day fasts, and IF for 18 months. I can tell everyone both IF and longer fasts get much easier the longer you do it. On the 5-day water fast, the hunger still comes in waves but because you know they'll only last a couple minutes at most they don't bother you. It's like making the bed every morning. As a kid it was a big deal, as an adult it's done before you blink and forgotten about.
I'm so very grateful for all the knowledge you so freely give. You have made the journey into a complete fasting lifestyle easy and fun.

Wow, how did I not know about fasting?! I’ve been a low fat vegan with serious arthritis pain, brain fog and sleep issues for years. Recently added perimenopause to the mix and was feeling kinda hopeless. After only 4 days of intermittent fasting and keto, I feel like a new person. I can’t wait to dive deeper. So much gratitude Dr Mindy 🙏💛🙏💛

I’ll complete a 120 hr. (5 day) fast later today. I’m really proud of myself cause I love to eat! 😄. I’m having bone broth and then sauerkraut and some avocado. I lost 5 lbs. and changing my physiological processes. Thanks for doing this training - it’s very helpful to know what’s happening daily.🙏🌹

I finished my 5 day water fast last night with some great fats and sprouts I had been preparing in readiness and it was delicious! I woke up at 4am full of joy, lightness and gratitude. During my last day yesterday my energy yesterday was so high and happy - and it felt so natural. Such an inside not from anything outside of me, but from the internal power of who I am. Thank you Dr Mindy, thank you community. Love for a wonderful weekend ❤️🙌❤️

I was doing water fasting since Monday. Yesterday I did not feel well at all. I had head ache, and my heart palpitations were over 120 doing nothing, I could not work. I had to break the fast with cocoyo round 8pm. I felt so much better afterwards. I am drinking now bone broth and planing to have abocado olives and saurkraut for lunch. I am very happy with the results lost 6 pounds in this fasting week!!!

This was great experience, I feel different, better, lighter, calmer, less brain fog and sleep is fantastic. I am 40 yrs old with crazy pms symptoms and symptoms of insulin resistance. I am on my way to fix these problems. Greetings from Sweden. Love you Dr Mindy

Oh, I loved it! Not real good at breaking the fasts and praying I didn’t screw up my whole week because of that BUT I lost 3 pounds and the scale has not moved down in years, literally.

Dr. I am so happy to tell you...I lost 26 lbs with IF!!!!
I never weigh myself, but noticed if I walked fast my shorts were falling down.
Easiest thing I’ve ever done.
On a 18 hour fast...not hungry at all.

Menopause in the bag, ty!

I decided to do a longer fast because I've really been fighting covid related depression lately. It is the morning of day 3 of water fast. I can't say that I feel happy, but I don't feel depressed, I feel very calm and stable. Thank you!

Very good video! We are an active couple in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! We are doing research for our new YouTube channel and hope to inspire others. Learned a lot here. Thank you!

So good to fast! We’ve just finished a 93 hour fast (didn’t plan the re-feed well so had to start it earlier to avoid eating the first meal at 10pm!) and we feel amazing! Had a long time in autophagy and producing stem cells so it was great! Same again next month 💕
