In one of your programs you said it is not advisable to add salt with milk, it's like slow poisoning, because when we drink milk it curdles, however if you add salt in milk, salts stops milk from curdling which can be poisoning in the long run. My question some people make Lassi with salt & not sugar? Also what about Raita? It is made up of Dahi & salt?
