All these foods are great but still we need to exercise, and doctors are only asking 30 minutes of walking. One can do that on a treadmill.I see so many drivers trying so hard to park closer to the entrances of malls why not a little further down and stretch your legs.

Yes we need to eat the, ,Right foods and workout, ,walking is a awesome way . I get in 20 blocks a day 7 days a week, this day I walked 64 blocks, I am in my 60's now, Not bragging, ,just very happy 🏃‍♂

Great list and very true about eating the right foods. One more thing about staying young is MOVING you need to be on some kind of exercise routine walking, bike riding, hiking, golfing without the golf cart, just anything and do some type of resistance also weight bearing if all u do is pushups it will change your quality of life ..I'm 57 and can't believe people I work with 25 yrs. younger can't go up five flight of stairs....
