I was born on a tropical weather Curcummins and fishes are part of our daily cuisine we mostly didn’t miss it at any day because we cook as curry sour soup with grinded curcummins and sauces and herbs with grills fishes. Indeed my mother has fully hair beautiful skin barely no aging spot etc.. I’m 50 years old as well and healthy no need meds only healthy diet with lots of green vegetables. 😊🙏💝

I got my drivers license renewed last week. The lady took my picture and then she had a side by side of my pic from now to my pic from 4 years ago. She said “wow, you look younger than you did 4 years ago ! What’s your secret ?” I told her I quit sugar. That’s it.

I have done food combining for years and I find that it really pays off.
I am 71 and most people think I am younger. I play the piano at a church that has many people that are aging and we have had 5 deaths in about 4 months.
One was a young man of 37 that had a heart attack.
I see how people eat at the church dinners and it's not hard to understand.

I eat small fatty fish, shrimps, scallops, crab, lobster weekly, small fatty fish are daily. Wild caught livers. Meats: grass fed lambs, chicken, duck, beef, pork, turkey, livers, heart ( twice per week) alternating. Pasture raised eggs daily, cheese ( from A2 cow, sheep or goat milk). I have a clean diet, 80%animal-based and 20% plant-based. I’m 57, I feel amazing. Herbs and roots: wild yam, turmeric, Ashwagondha, ginseng root, garlic, curcumin, saw palmetto, Chlorella, sea kelp, green banana flour, bamboo leave extract, saffron extract, red onion etc daily.😊

Wow the food processing!! I followed Suzanne Sommers program wayyy back when. Meal combing really works. Veggies&Carbs or Proteins&Veggies never consume protein and carbs in the same meal. ❤ Thanks!!

I so appreciate your explanations! DLG Omegas and Turmeric was my first of supplements I subscribed to I was so thrilled to find on your supp line! I have not taken ANY over the counter painkillers in at least 7 years as I have taken natural curcumin for any aches or pains (IF I needed to) but very seldom ! I needed the omegas as well, since taking your Omegas and Turmeric all my lower leg blotchy spots seem to be disappearing and I have an overall wellness/organ clean up!

I looked up, "What did Jesus eat?" He ate fish and vegetables . Probably Salman. What was good for him is good for us. In the new testament, it says " Everything in moderation, " and your to bless your food before you eat it. But some people don't have that simple believing in doing that. I remember when I was a kid, food was food. Not all these chemicals. So I'm thankful to you for giving us making food simple.

I space my meals 4-6 hrs in between and twice per week 18:6 IF. 24 hr fasting once per month, 72 hr fasting once per year
