It’s all normal and natural, and we each struggle at times with our skin in our own ways. Regardless of where we’re at, it helps to be kind to ourselves throughout our skin journey. In the video, we explore only one of the many pillars that impact our skin health: nutrition. It’s not the be-all-end-all solution to clear and glowing skin, but it can be a substantial contributor. My family has a history of Gastrointestinal problems and I’m the only one in my family that doesn’t eat meat and I get dirty looks and judgment but they don’t realize is what they’re eating what’s killing them. Literally.

you don't understand how grateful I am for this video!!! i have been struggling with small spots of eczema, recently it got worse. Years and years I have been getting topical corticosteroids from my doctor, which don't seem to work anymore.
I know it could have to do with my diet but I couldn't find the right video yet. I just know this is the right place the right time, THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! I can't wait to try all of your recipes 💖💖
