Don’t get me wrong, even an easy workout is a real workout :) But I guess you know what I’m talking about? Sometimes you don’t feel like going superrrrr hardcore… but a slow yoga session is also not enough.

Hi Pam 👋 I just wanted to let you know that my sister and I had taken off a few weeks of exercise but this video has inspired us to get back into it! ♥️ We’re celebrating Ramadan so this will be perfect for a slow and not so sweaty routine 😅

Literally w-o-w. Every time you post a new stretching/pilates video I think it's my final favourite one, and then you do a new one. Lizard pushups are genius, as long as fallen star, reach back and twisted leg hug. Thank you Saint Pamela, you're always the best <3

Yesss! I love when you create different pilates movements for us, because I was getting bored of doing the same pilates movements all the time 💖 this video is kinda hard btw but my body will thank me later ✨

gosh, it was perfect. only thing missing from a pilates video is a Benson Boone song🥹 the child pose at the end is everything. your heart is plummeting in your chest, you're hot and sweaty, you try to regulate your breathing again and at the very same time, your body can relax, your mind can relax because you know you deserve this break at the end. because you gave everything and stretched and toned your body perfectly - just the way your body needs it. this feeling after every workout, priceless. THANK YOU PAM, for always making me feel like this. always<3333 hugs and kisses to you!

love the concept of this workout, a harder pilates
as a person who rarely sweat heavily during workouts, this one is really good. Personally, i could see the results (flatter belly and more toned body) after just twice the workout.

this has become my favorite pilates workout to do ❤️
