No joke. I started doing planks and in like 8 days I could see abs forming. I love doing them because it requires such a short amount of your time but you can really push yourself too.

Делаю планку каждый день, также сотню, на пресс, на ноги, спину. Никак нельзя похудеть просто тренируясь . Питание играет большую роль. А все упражнения, надо выполнять обсолютно правильно. Та- же планка, её надо делать так, чтобы пот тек, все мышцы при этом в работе, лучше сделать меньше, но правильно.

Кому интересно, занимаюсь этим каждое утро, и вечер, за 7 дней скинул 4 кг. Никаких диет не применял.
Первый день делал 1 повтор, потом сразу перешёл на 3 повтора, то есть по 30мн. Сейчас хочу совместить ещё с какими то упражнениями, что бы тренить по часу)
