Building strength and lean muscle in the back will help to tone and burn fat throughout the entire body - ultimately helping to reduce that stubborn back fat! This back fat blaster workout uses dumbbells for added resistance and moves quickly between exercises to keep that heart rate up. Not only can these exercises help you lose back fat but they may also help improve your posture and upper body strength and mobility. Grab some weights and follow along!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
1 Back Fat Circuit 40s work + 10s rest x 2 rounds total
Cool Down + Stretch

Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I'm using a set of 5lbs and 10lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

I’m getting back into my fitness journey again and as someone who considers themselves fairly active this one was tough! I definitely had to take a couple of longer breaks in between. I came to the comments and saw lots of ppl saying that this was great for a light workout and almost got discouraged and clicked the video off. Then I remembered that I’m not a quitter lol came back and finished the workout as challenging as it was for me. This is to encourage anyone who found this workout really challenging like me. Continue to push yourself! The biggest thing is that you do not give up! One day this will be a light workout for us too lol. Stay encouraged!!!

Amazing workouts! I followed the 12 weeks schedule throughout lockdown, as gyms were closed, managed to finish it in 10 weeks and got in the best shape ever. At the very beginning of September I got Covid, and only today I'm able to have the energy to start working out again. I'm beginning my physical recovery with your videos, and for that I'm thankful!

thanks you, that's why i love the calendar new workouts per weeks to still enjoy the workout and not feeling bored. i have paid and watch workout but yours have really change my body and i'am not bored at all, still excited and motivated every day.

I love this kind of workouts. 2 rounds max and 20-30mins long start to finish. I have a busy lifestyle and at the end of the day am so tired and these short workouts I'm able to squeeze in

This is a well done video. The subtle beeps tell me when it's time to change movement and the preview before the exercise means I can actually start the exercise without spending the first few trips figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing. Thanks Heather and her team!
