I’ve been using your 0, 1, 2, 3 for just a month now and I have to say I’m 8 pounds lighter at 147 lbs now with a goal weight of 125 lbs. The first week I lost 5 lbs which I assume was water. The next two weeks were kind of disappointing with little weight loss. But I did notice my waist was slimming down. So I went to 16:8 IF with two meals a day and no snacks. I am losing more weight again and a steady pace. I make dinner a very big plate of salad with lots of raw veggies and healthy fats like avocado, cheese and. primal Kitchen dressing included and a 4 oz piece of meat or salmon. Brunch varies between bacon and eggs or Maple Hill organic full fat plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and raw walnuts mixed in. I just can’t tolerate a salad as my first meal of the day. 😁That darn salad has certainly been the key to my success. I just had to work out the best time to eat it and what to include with it. Thanks again for your simple, sustainable approach!!

I watch some pretty good docs as many of you also do. Dr. Mindy, Dr. Bos, Dr. Berg, Dr. Fung as well as Sim Land, Thomas DeLaur . There is only Dr G and I put her delivery of content and her mild soothing voice above anyone I have found on the tube including all of the previous names mentioned . Well done and many thanks Dr. Gillaspy .

This video showed up in my feed at the right time. I've been trying to restart my Low Carb/Keto WOE and have been struggling. I'm going to use this as a plan for this week to start gaining some control on my eating without stressing so much about being Keto perfect and then move forward in stages. Thank you - will be rewatching throughout the week. Your voice is so calming as well.

As a 73 year old male with a 25 year diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and over 344
pounds I decided to limit carbs... Since last July I have lost 110 pounds and my Dr took
me off all diabetes medications, I feel great and my fasting Glucose levels are at 85...
I don't want to be on the keto diet, can I just stay eating low carb ( below 75 grams a
day ) and if so can I do it forever???Thanks, Rick

Thanks for your informative videos. I love the way you present the matter - which creates an image of ' Next door, caring, friendly Mom ' (BTW I am an Indian - 71 years old). I strongly suggest that you include tips about Indian food - which will definitely attract more ' followers '.
India is on the verge of becoming the 'Diabetic Capital of the World' - and very rightly so, because of our changed eating habits. Just to give you one example - most of our sweets are dairy based (containing humongous amounts of fat + sugar). This is a deadly, lethal combination which drives blood sugar like crazy. Very few people realize this. I have seen several videos where they preach that if you want to blunt the sugar spikes, eat lots of good fat with it. This is just not true with (atleast) our sweets. I have experienced this myself.
Thanks once again for your highly educative videos.

Three weeks in and I have only lost 1 IB. Trying very hard must be doing something wrong. Feel better so I will stick with it. I am making such a huge effort but very slow. Just hoping there is nothing wrong.
