54 years old. Coming up on two years. Lost 25 (195-170) in the first three months and have maintained. My tip is to brush your teeth after you eat dinner. It stops the night munchies. I also encourage people to drink hot tea (sweetened with monk fruit) when the cravings come. Love the cognitive boost and the energy boost.

I’ve been on my journey 2 years. I’ve lost 38 lbs. I eat clean keto-lots of steamed vegetables, wild duck, venison, goose. I eat as much organic as I can and grow much of what I eat. I make and store my own tomato sauces and salsa.

I have done keto in the past (lost 20lbs) but with the holidays I fall off but I started my keto journey 2 weeks ago and am down 9 lbs. Meal prepping is the key, position control, and drinking a lot of water. Am so glad I found your channel. ❤️

Yes, I would like to see you prep. I've been on my keto diet since May 2021 and it was so hard for me. I had the keto rash. I look like a strawberry. I read about the rash on YouTube. I didn't give up. My husband refused to get on keto with me so it was cooking for him his rice, beens and all that he eats.
I changed to Avocado oil, coconut oil and olive oil. He doesn't realize that.
I was using a size 12 to 13. I am proud to say I am wearing a size 7 and it's starting to be lose on me.
I had to trash so many of my clothes and purchase new ones.
I do lots of your meals. That really saved me.
Thank you for your recipes and encouraging words.

Happy New Year!! I need to get back to meal prepping more, too.

I started keto 4 years ago to control GD without any meds during a pregnancy. I never looked back. After baby, I lost 86 lbs total, but then gained a bit back during pandemic lockdowns. Currently 36 weeks pregnant again, and no signs of GD at all this time. Will eat some whole food carbs (sweet potatoes, hard squashes, wild rice, sprouted oats) postpartum to establish a hearty milk supply for baby, but then back to low carb once we've got our breastfeeding routine down.

Drinking homemade bone broths & always having hard boiled eggs on hand helped me a lot in the beginning. Also, tons of olives and pickles. They're all so easy to grab and snack on and full of healthy fats and natural electrolytes.

I did keto three years ago and was successful and I stopped and I am back to where I was and I want to start again.
