Great advice, and how refreshing to hear someone speak so eloquently without any annoying background music. Subscribed.

I've recently discovered your videos, and I have to say that I find them very informative and I have taken on board the advice you give, particularly with regard to sugar and the benefit of cutting carbs right down to a bare minimum. I've learned a lot about the effects of sugar in the body, and that has really made me strive to reduce my intake to as little as possible. I've just started a low carb eating regime, and I am also trying intermittent fasting; that is good for me as I usually only eat two meals a day anyway, and normally don't eat after 7pm and usually have breakfast around 7am. I am also going to try your recipes as well. I don't eat meat, only fish, so I have a pretty good diet. My downfall has always been eating too much of foods I enjoy; and that has, in the past been foods that contain the dreaded sugar. I really do feel better informed from watching the videos. You have great knowledge of your subject.

I LOVE KETO AND LOW CARB. I’m finally losing weight consistently. Was so sick of Weight Watchers. Now that I understand the role of insulin, it doesn’t matter how many points I counted.

Since you are on a low carb diet and not full keto, how many carbs do you do a day???
I am doing < 75 per day and I hit 90 pounds lost today...
Keep up the good work...

When an alternative “added sugar” ingredient is used, must it be reflected in sugar section of the nutrient label? I am trying to determine if they can get around reporting sugar if it isn’t called sugar.

Dr. Becky is over 50? Dayum!! I though mid-30s at the most. Maybe if I keep up the keto I can look 20 years younger like the good doctor!

Thanks Dr. Becky. I"m 66 going on 67, I cringe when I think of having a piece of toast with natural peanut butter. So, just take a tbs full of peanut butter. Altern. I have a small cube of Havarti cheese or 1/2 -1c of no fat yogurt. I do like a couple of tsp of sugar with my coffee, though. I try to keep my carbs under 120gm/day, sometimes I'm even under100.
