Welcome to 30 minute Intermediate Standing Yoga Flow! All yoga poses in this practice are standing poses, but we are going to add a few different arm variations and binds to make it feel more like a full-body flow.
Make sure to listen to your body and not push it into positions that it is not ready for. Especially bound yoga pose variations require good shoulder flexibility, so pay attention to how your shoulders feel, especially if you had any injuries or other shoulder issues. You can always modify standing poses and add arm variations that feel better for your shoulders :)
A yoga block can be useful in this practice for Triangle, Side Angle and Half Moon.

I really loved this slightly longer all-standing practice. Thank you for uploading, and for the challenge. I agree that the binds were a challenge, and I struggle with half moon but will continue to work at it.

Awesome flow class! Thank you, Uliana. Very calm, clear voice and queuing, good poses, helpful variations, good pacing. Really enjoyed this. Most challenging pose for me is sugar cane.

Thank you, Uliana, for this challenging sequence :-) I am reminded that i am a bit more than a beginner, yet not intermediate yet. Feeling the stiffens after the long bus ride yesterday from Jaffna to Dambulla. As it’s raining heavily here, decided to indulge with a longer of your sessions. Have a beautiful day.
