Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - Here is another yoga flow practice WITHOUT Downward Facing Dog, Plank, and Chaturanga. This hands free and wrist free yoga flow class will give your shoulders, elbows, and wrists a break while still connecting breath with movement. Both beginners and intermediate yoga students will benefit from this 30 minute yoga flow, followed by a few minutes of Savasana and closing.

If you have sensitive knees, make sure you have a blanket or towel to use as padding. You can use this to cushion your knees when we are on all fours or doing low lunges with one knee down.

After years of vowing to establish a daily yoga practice, I finally did so at age 62, and just 26 days into it, I slipped on a log while hiking & fell and shattered two bones in my left wrist. I was determined to carry on, and after searching for wrist free options, I found your practice, and it has become my favorite. I practice 3 to 4 times a week, and am so grateful not to lose all the ground I had begun to make. Thank you, and bless you, Maris. : )

Thank you so much! I’m recovering from elbow surgery after a bike crash. These strong poses made me feel like myself again, just with a big weird robot arm brace. 🤖🙏🏻🌻

I broke my fingers, so I've been scouring YouTube for hands-free yoga videos. This one is good, but it's falsely advertised; there are definitely times when hands are used. Thankfully, I am an experienced Yogi who knows how to modify when needed. Thanks for the video. I'll definitely be using it again (with my modifications).

Man alive!! I needed that. 💜 Thank you for the gentle instruction and for reminding us that we are “almost there.” Also, I appreciate the absence of downward facing dog. I’m beginning my practice again and that move has always been an eye roller. 😆
