What can I say? I was so delighted when I did this balance and stretch routine. I do various balance exercises every other day, and now I have another really challenging one to add my repertoire. Even though I'm familiar with the stretches, I very much appreciate the new packaging of them and your directing attention to those areas that benefit from the poses It helps me to focus on them which enables me to truly appreciate the benefit of each one! I found the exercises very good, but the music was too loud (relative to your voice) and the beat was such that it made me feel anxious. Would it be possible to have a recording of this exercise without the music? Thank you.
