Tried this just now and it kicked my butt. Only got through 1.5 rounds. My goal is to master this workout as a gift to myself for surviving liver and kidney failure back in March. Good stuff guys

This video is perfect! Right after they completed on workout round you have 1 min to rest (8.13 to 9:13).
If you loop the video, you have 2:08 min before the next workout begins: let's say 3 mins between each round, which is the rest time Chris recommend to take after you finish.

So, right click on the video, loop video and... WORKOUT AS HELL!

Update after 7 months :

Seeing this channel has made me switch from just weights to calisthenics plus weights on some days. Calisthenics is by far the best way to go when it comes to building strength. Being able to throw your own weight around easily will benefit your body greatly. This channel is awesome!!!

I started body weight training back in 2016 and this is one of the first video I followed along. I kind of stopped my training after 2020, all the skills I used to have (muscle ups, one arm pull ups, front and back lever, straddle plache) are long gone. I never thought there would be one day I cant even follow the first round of this video. Now Ive finished five round like Chris said in the video, very tired but feels good. For those who just start training, thenx has some of the best tutorials to follow and hope you guys all have a great journy, Im back on my own now.

Don't forget to listen to your body and don't be too hard on yourself! The Heria brothers are definitively fit and used to exercising. Go at your own pace, take longer breaks if needed in between rounds and don't do 5 rounds in the beginning if it's too hard. Try being patient. Take care of your body, be healthy and happy ❤

Got 4 rounds. My pulse was always over 150. I will do this 2x per week. I do omad and keto. Goal is losing bf and buildim muscle. Thanks for this video ✌️
Edit: 5 days later 2nd time i did this. This time i got all 5 rounds.

who else just rewinds it so you dont have to use your own timer so you rewind four times
