I do cardio and lifting weights on separate days, never lifted so much before and gains are going through the roof.

I know alot of people have 1 time of day they can work out so here’s a few tips.
1) Don’t do cardio before weights. You can do a light 5-10 minute warmup session, but heavy cardio should be at the end of your workout if you do it.
2) Don’t do heavy cardio every day. The amount of cardio someone should do varies by person, but I generally do moderate-heavy cardio 3-4 times a week.
3) Don’t use cardio to replace a diet. A lot of people trying to lose weight think that “I can run the calories away”. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Hopping on the treadmill definitely helps, but the war is won in the kitchen.

It’s depends on your body type! If you’re an endomorph, you can hit the weights first and then do cardio right after. As long as you have the energy for both it’s all good. Also, doing cardio after a hard weight lifting session increases your tolerance to push yourself, thus, giving you the mental strength to make gains.

I feel cardio helps my gains as a natural skinny kid it helps build appetite and running doesn’t really burn much anyway

DUDE, YOUR A BEAST. I run the same format as you do but i only can 2 km in 4:20 mins per km and it is really challenging. Keep it up brah

I love cardio because when I finish it I eat so much and honestly feel like I can bulk better with cardio

If you would like to keep muscle mass, I'd recommend not running more than, say, 15 miles a week. At some point -- if you are natural -- you will find it hard to balance higher mileage with mass.

I run like 2 km under 8-9 mins, and the other 2km slower at 10-10:30 after workout. Will that affect my muscle growth and strength gains, i do like 120+ pull-ups of different variations each session and I'm an ectomorph.

I do high intensity cardio twice a day
I run two miles in the morning then around the middle of the day I do my strength training then I'll do my cardio . What do you think about that boss?
