Speaking of Glutes, Scooby what do you think of those fancy computer chairs like dxracer that everyone swears helps with posture?

Is it a worthwhile investment for those who sit a lot or should people just focus on the core problem of sitting too much?

Well I'll be, this is actually exactly what I was planning on doing on legs night this week! I can't get to my usual gym this week, and I don't really like the leg press machine at the gym I will be going to. So I figured I'd do some variant of it instead. And now you post this video! Like it's meant to be :)

umm I'm thinking that this exercise could be bad for the column as you cannot recline it properly

if your hip is 45, leg aswell, foot also, everything... it's the same as when they are on a regular position. but i agree the excercise does target the glutes nicely

What's your thoughts on squat depth? A lot of people seem to advocate that breaking parallel is enough depending on your knees/ankle condition, but there seems to be a lot of people saying you really need to hit a2g as well.

I just tried this exercise at the gym today and, you aren't kidding it really works the glutes. I will definately be incorporating this into my workouts now. Thanks.

Started going to the gym, must say it was a big step for me, I just felt so awkward when other people were around, still not completely over it, but getting there. Do you remember your first time in the gym? and to other people in the comment section: how was your first gym Experience?

Any tips for doing this without getting knee pain? I never get knee pain but this exercise irritated them a bit

Can you do a video or answer a question in your lives about how to get going in the morning. I find I'm slower moving in the morning so things that shouldn't take long, take a bit longer.
