been doing this for almost two weeks now! my butt looks so much more plump in jeans, thank you so much! your workouts are so fun to do, easy, and short. my dog always likes to lay down under me when i do the side planks and he's a big doggo, he can barely fit 😭

Im going to start this because i’m going to the beach in around 1 month, and i have to start my journey all over again because i dislocated my knee 🩼 and can finally start doing exercises again! please guys like or comment to keep me going i promise ill update 💗

Day one: Pretty hard had to take some breaks but feel the burn!

Day two: still felt the same burn as yesterday but i tried taking les breaks

Day three: Felt way easier and only took the breaks recommended 😋

4 and 5: Saturday and Sunday breakkkk
