HI Beth. I am working/progressing along in the ab strength. My problem is tightness in my back. I will work on these exercises as well.

Hi Beth! For me it is definitely tightness in my legs and hip flexors that make full expression of teaser so hard for me. Also I feel like I'm not getting the angle right either coming up too much or not enough. I've been doing your 5 minute teaser prep class to help with this. I will work on these exercises as well. Thank you!
