I started this workout 1 month ago...made this a part of my AM Routine, every day...since then I've toned up a little more, have more energy throughout my day, & I've lost 6.8 lbs...Let's Go Ladies! We got this 😅 💞🎉🎉🎉🎉

Did this for the first time this morning! Wonerful! I am 63 years old and have been working out on Youtube for the last 3-4 weeks with a minimum of 30 minutes moving per day! I love this one and will continue with it. It was challenging for me, but not frustratingly so! Love the music! Thank you Mr. London! I haven’t heard “I’m proud of you” in many years. Brought tears to my eyes! Much love!❤

If I'm just doing this workout on its own do I need to warm up? For eg, dancing round my living room to a couple of songs. Cheers 🙂

It is indeed a great workout...I have one request MR' LONDON please make a lower body dumbell workout video to train legs...you have great workout videos for upper body arms and fupa but i do not find any for lower body...please make one

Just about did me in. I am 73 years old and 15 pounds overweight. I carry the excess weight around my belly area. I decided it was time for me to smarten up and get in shape. I walk 1hour+ each day but it doesn’t do much for weight loss or my muffin top. Have cut all sugars and carbs from my diet and will now be doing this workout every day after my Yoga Burn or pilates workout. I am confident that I will only get better at it and get rid of my, muffin top. thank you for this video.🙏
