Is your shoulder clicking, pinching, or aching? This video is demonstrating the proper shoulder positioning that you should have when moving the arm. If your shoulder is rounded forward throughout your day and in the gym, this is a clear indication as to why you have any type of shoulder pain!

The shoulder blade can rise up or down and shift forward or back. The rotational movement that I am doing in this video is a combination of down, back, and forward!!! Most people in society have their blades shrugged up and rolled forward. This causes a pinching in the front of the shoulder that can occur at the bicep, rotator cuff, labrum, and create neck/chest tightness. This rotation that I am doing is a complicated movement for people to do and it can take some time to figure it out. Be patient! When you do get it down, it will reduce neck, chest, and shoulder tightness.

Holding the blades in this rotated position will generally reduce elbow, shoulder, neck, and mid back pain. Don’t just massage and stretch muscles, work on maintaining proper positioning and the body will heal itself. Stretches are temporary!

Wow. I just tried it because my left shoulder clicks when I am doing overhead workouts. It totally works. I am impressed. Two minutes of my time will completely change my shoulder workouts. Thanks guys.

Thank you so much, I have pretty bad hipermobile joints, my shoulder has been out of place for a lot of years now and today something changed and my scapula and shoulder decided to go back to being decent and I looked up exercises to see if I could do anything to help it and dear lord, this right here made it move into place even more, I'm going to keep practicing it but my whole right shoulder and scapula are burning from the work out they're getting just by keeping themselves stable
Edit: I can't believe my shoulders feel the same now 😢😢

Thank you guys... I suffered from long time, tik tik sound comes from my shoulder. I cant bear a small pain also coming inside. Now i did your tip its gone completely . Thankyou

Okay so I learned that if you take a deep breath in, and then do the movement while you breath back out, it helps out so much better 😩😩

Hmmmm, okay this actually works hahaha, thanks so much. I have one question tho, it doesn't click when i rotate it. But soon after when i lose the engagement it starts clicking again. It's non painful clicking, just annoying af. So my question is, doing this exercise like few times a day for certain period of time will "heal" my clicking? Once again, thanks for the video <3

Oh man i just found this channel and i have a great feeling its about to fix my shoulder finally. Wish i found this 2 week tho before i made my chronic shoulder problem even worse by hurting it at work and training thru the pain lol now every motion is killing me right now. Even push ups hurt Especially in the front where that tenant at the beginning of your video is. Just seeing that tendant in ur video and you talking about that point by your lat tells me that you know exactly whats up cause when i had a dr pop my shoulder back in place like 20 years ago i remember feeling a shift in that latt muscle. Any who im about to watch every video and keep trying till im good 🙌

Just had my shoulder start popping with internal rotation. Hopefully starting and continuing these will correct it, it’s uncomfortable, painful and worrying after a few rotations.

f yea dude i was stretching and heard a pop but then had pain afterwards. did this and the pain significantly decreased. my shoulders also feel more secure

Wait, should this fix it forever? Or you’re just bad at instructions. I did this, and it stops clicking, but as soon as you stop the tension, it’s back… are you suggesting to always stay forever in tension? Or the part where you show how to actually solve this is missing?
