What’s my current workout split? I’ve experimented with a a few before, but right now I’m doing an Arnold split. If this is something you want to try, but are concerned about the extra arm volume, consider doing a PPL-Arnold hybrid!

I’ve been on the Arnold split for about a year half a year, I like it and think it’s affective but I feel like I’m the only one on this split!! Every ones just ppl 😭 great to see someone else with the same split! 🔥🔥

Woo i have same split

Monday - arms, biceps, triceps, shoulder
Tuesday - chest, back, abs
Wednesday - leg, abs
Tuesday - arms, biceps, triceps, shoulder
Friday - chest, back, abs
Saturday - legs, abs

My arms are also lacking, I have been doin ppl for a year, but now I will try this split to see if it makes a difference..

Monday - Chest, Triceps
Tuesday- Back, biceps
Wednesday -shoulders
Thursday- Legs
Friday -Chest, Back

Why don’t you need to do an arm day though? You’re not really hitting triceps and biceps on chest and back much.
