⚡️ How I got flexible/mobile (my 12+ year journey)...
🤔 In this video, you will learn...

1.) How long does flexibility/mobility take?
2.) How did I beat hip impingement and go from BAD squat to DEEP squat?
3.) How did I get the front, pancake, middle splits & head-to-toe
4.) How did I radically improve my posture and upper body flexibility
5.) What were the 7 key principles that helped me "10x My Flexibility"

🤸‍♂️ Also, in this video, I share my rocky middle splits journey...
⏰ ...and how I eventually stayed flexible with just 10-15 mins a day of stretching...

I also show you the 2 "Golden Keys" to go from "Zero Strength, Zero Flexibility, & Zero hope" to "Superhuman Flexibility".

I'm an unlikely follower of your program, being a 61 year old pianist with a hip injury. I love your clear- headed, obsessive and methodical approach. And I find your success story very inspiring. Even at my stage of the game, I like to be told there are hopes and possibilities!

Excellent video. I've always loved your honesty. 1-3 months for a breakthrough. 1-3 years to engrain it. And 10 years to master it. After focusing on my own mobility for many years your words ring true

im 22 and sometimes get bummed out about my bad genes...ive never been able to do the splits or touch my toes comfortably even though i grew up with an active lifetstyle playing a lot of soccer n stuff. This is so inspiring. I really wanna achieve my hidden flexibility potential :)

Do you always do your side split with your toes pointing forward? In my case, my hips feel much better when my toes are pointing up...

Hey Shane, I've been implementing some athletic training into my regime that takes a lot of time and effort, and have been warming up using some shaolin ballistic stretching after a quick jump rope session.
I have your ballistic stretching program, and I'm wondering if its ok to follow that program before my current training protocol?

... Or if it is better to do the ballistic stretching in a separate training session i.e. the Morning?

hey man. great video - inspiring, seems like my own journey except my flexibility has gotten worse in some areas because of niggles here and there.
I was wondering, do you have any idea why sitting in a deep squat would cause medial knee pain? I've been doing 20mins per day for a month now and i'm getting really intense pain in my inner knee. Feels like a internal rotation issue in my hips, or perhaps tightness in my hamstrings. No idea. I saw a physio hoping to get some insight and she said sitting in a squat is not a good idea period, which is totally disagree with because the exercise itself has resolved ankle and hip issues for me, and aside from just feeling great. Hard finding people with the right perspective to address issues like this, so im back to the drawing board. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

58 yo jui jitsu practioner who spent most my life trying to push more weight than have mobility and flexibility. I would rather fight/roll than deal w the discomfort of gaining flexibility. But due to injuries I’m at a crossroad of regaining flexibility or quit jui jitsu 🤨 wish I could find a video of a 60yo warrior regaining flexibility instead of some soft spoken 30yo who thinks he’s defied the second law of thermodynamics
